Our refund policy is a little different to other companies and this is because everything we make is handmade/made to your order.
A Return and Refund policy usually gives you so many days to apply, we however are unable to provide this due to all items being a MADE TO ORDER.
Please make sure you have correct spelling and design when ordering as we will not accept liability for any incorrect information on the item
Reason for return (e.g. damaged in transit only)
Process for return- please send an email with details of why you would like a return and if damaged you must include a photo.
If damaged in transit than a exchange will be made as long as you contact us straight away, please make sure you include as much detail as possible so we can contact the delivery company.
If you notice anything incorrect on your item please contact us asap by either email or telephone with your order number and email address so we can then look into your order and see if we made the mistake, if we see that we have made the mistake than we will send you a new item free of charge and post it to you within 24 hours.
